Over the years, WAC has developed excellent relationships with the two major supermarket groups in New Zealand – Foodstuffs and Progressive, as well as the major food service distributors nationwide.

We pride ourselves in the way in which we manage the brands under our stewardship, and the professional manner in which we put forward business proposals, implement new product listings, and carry out regular range and business reviews with our client buyers.

Account Management

The company has sales management based in our Auckland office, responsible for:

Covering all head office accounts on a regular basis.
Allocating sales budgets over regions and monitoring performance against budget
Coming together for regular reviews, updates and planning of the company’s brands.

Sales & Merchandising

Orders are taken.
Shelves are well-merchandised and fully stocked.
All ranging, shelf and promotional tickets are fully compliant.

Logistics

We coordinate all aspects of Logistics, moving resources, materials, and inventory to make sure we get the right product, in the right quantity and condition, at the right place, at the right time.
