Azalea Grapeseed Oil is by far and away the leading grapeseed oil in New Zealand. 

Its relatively high smoke point (225°C) makes it more suitable than other oils for deep frying, stir-frying, grilling, baking, barbequing and sautéing.

Its clean, light, 'neutral' taste makes it suitable for salad dressings and sauces, or as a base for infusing with other flavours.

Not surprisingly, Azalea Grapeseed Oil is produced in Italy by pressing grape seeds - an abundant by-product of local winemaking.
